1. By logging into any of our sites, the user recognizes that there is NO privacy on the internet. The CIA is monitoring every instant message and e-mail with Project Echelon to ferret out international spies and along the way they pry into non-threatening electronic chat to alleviate the boredom of their civil service jobs. Assume that any input put into the above web sites is going to present today’s chuckle to some GS-9.

2. It is rumored that some companies are willing to pay money for lists of verified valid e-mail addresses. If the Fredholtz.com Media Empire™ can find out where those companies are, consider your e-mail address sold.

3. If you would like your name removed from our mailing list, we wish we could help you. As things stand now, our Webmaster has not read that part of the manual yet.

4. There is no firewall or virus protection within any of our web sites. If that scares you, log off now. To be honest there are no Kleenex in our offices or condoms in our bedrooms. When we shower, we leave the shades open and the front door unlocked.

5. If you are under 13 years old, go away. The 1998 Federal Internet Decency Act says that we cannot collect information from you without your parents consent. We don’t even like to joke about pedophilia at the Media Empire™. (any joke submitted about the subject must have parental consent)

6. Any logos or trademarks that are claimed by companies with more lawyers than us belong to those companies. Their use is purely accidental. All other content is the intellectual property of the Media Empire™ including, but not limited to: the stuff on the screen, the input of any one browsing our site and the thoughts of those who visit our site, whether expressed or not.
